New dredge discharge flexible dredge hoses

Rubber dredge hoses are specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of our clients. We are capable of manufacturing dredge hoses with inner diameters ranging from 100 mm to 1,200 mm. In general, the rubber dredge hose consists of an inner lining tailored to the specific requirements of the transported media. Wear indicator layers may be incorporated into the dredge hoses that transport abrasive materials. A textile reinforcement with high tensile strength will regulate the pressure resistance of the dredge hose along with its tensile strength. The outer cover is constructed from a rubber compound that is highly resistant to weathering, UV light, and ozone. Upon special request, the outer cover can be constructed using oil-resistant materials.

Used flexible rubber dredge hoses

Denialink offers a comprehensive selection of used (secondhand) floating and submarine (non-floating) rubber flexible hoses. The internal diameters (ID) range from 24 inches (600 mm), 20 inches (500 mm), 16 inches (400 mm), 12 inches (300 mm), 10 inches (250 mm), 8 inches (200 mm), to 6 inches (150 mm). Lengths are 9.16, 10.70, and 12.20 meters. Additional diameters can be provided upon request and subject to availability. These hoses primarily originate from the oil industry and are produced in accordance with the stringent standards set forth by the Oil Companies International Marine Hose Guide (OCIMF). Manufacturers such as Dunlop, Trelleborg, Good Year, Yokohama, Bassi Offshore, Parker, EMSTEC, Manuli, and Man Oil & Marine produce their hoses with minor variations, all in accordance with OCIMF guidelines.

The manufactured hoses feature a double carcass design, with the inner layer providing a pressure resistance of 75 Bar and the outer layer offering a resistance of 30 Bar.

The re-use of secondhand equipment, such as hoses, is greatly appreciated for its contributions to savings of energy, natural resources and production and recycle processes, thereby promoting sustainability.
