Dredge pipe floats, PE & PU, optionally filled with foam
Dredge pipe floats ensure that steel and HDPE dredge pipes remain buoyant. These floats, made of PE and PU, are optionally foam-filled and are used globally. These are used to keep water, oil and gas hoses/pipes afloat, as well as electrical cable conduits. All these floaters can be supplied by Denialink.

Leading dredge operators worldwide now utilize polyethylene pipeline floaters.
(PE and PU) pipeline floats. A wide range of characteristics and applications are available:
- Internal diameters (ID) range from 50 mm to 1250 mm and are suitable for cables, hoses, and pipes.
- Polyethylene, completely corrosion and UV resistant.
- Impact flexibility.
- Lightweight and easy deployment.
- Replaceable on every section.
- Available in different colors.
- Reduces bad weather downtime.
- Optionally foam filled.
- Optionally solar lights.
- Optionally reflective stripes.
Pontoon floats
To maintain the dredge line above the water line, pontoon floats may serve as an effective solution. These pontoon floats are composed of two closed steel/HDPE pipes. The mutual connection also serves as the support for the dredge line pipes. The application of these floats occurs when ball joints are used for the connection of dredge pipes.
Sinker floats
To install a sinker line offshore for the outfalls or landfalls of oil, gas, or water pipelines, specialized sinker floats are affixed to the lines to ensure the pipes are positioned accurately. Once the floats are positioned, they are discharged, allowing the line to sink into place. Floats are recovered and stored afterwards.
